About the service

Early Help is part of North Yorkshire Councils Children & Families Service where we work alongside children young people aged 0 19 (25 years when there is an identified SEND need) and their families. We are a consent-based service focused on offering the right support at the right time.

No two days are the same. One day you could be helping a family build confidence and resilience and the next you could be working alongside partners to create meaningful support that helps children achieve positive outcomes.

About the Role

As a Children & Families Worker you will work directly with children young people and their families helping them recognise their strengths overcome challenges and build lasting support networks. Youll be part of a service that believes in providing the right support at the right time working collaboratively with families to create sustainable plans for change.

Our work is underpinned by our Strength in Relationships practice model placing relationships partnership working and family strengths at the heart of everything we do.
