Chief Operating Officer EMZ

Were looking for a Chief Operating Officer to build and run the operations of a new real-world asset (RWA) investment platform launched by an established blockchain company. Youll turn strategy into execution by setting up scalable processes across investor onboarding wallet and USDC transactions rental distributions share transfers and redemptions. The role coordinates Product Engineering Finance Legal Real Estate and Business teams and owns KPIs budgets planning and performance management. Youll also make sure the platform runs reliably as it scales with clear processes for partners vendors and operational risk. Hands-on experience operating in blockchain and digital asset environments is the core of this role; real estate knowledge is helpful but secondary. Its a great fit for an operations executive who has already scaled Web3 or digital asset businesses and enjoys building structure where it doesnt exist yet.

About the project:
The client is a mature privately held blockchain and fintech company founded in 2014 with 200 employees. It builds enterprise software and blockchain infrastructure for capital markets and works with financial institutions around the world. The company is headquartered in London with major offices in New York Mumbai Abu Dhabi and other global locations. It is now launching a digital RWA platform for fractional real-estate ownership where eligible investors can browse properties complete verification connect a digital wallet buy property shares with USDC receive rental distributions transfer or list their shares and redeem them after a property sale. As the platform enters its next stage of growth the COO will build the operational backbone that supports investors property partners and the business as it scales. You have:
- 15 years of overall professional experience across operations business leadership general management executive management or organizational strategy
- 4 years of professional experience in blockchain cryptocurrency Web3 RWA or digital asset companies (a must; this is the most important requirement)
- Previous experience as a Chief Operating Officer VP of Operations General Manager Chief of Staff Business Operations Executive Managing Director or a similar senior leadership role
- Proven experience scaling organizations operational functions or technology-driven businesses
- Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems digital assets tokenization stablecoins wallets and Web3 business models
- Strong skills in operational strategy organizational design process optimization budgeting KPIs and performance management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product engineering finance legal and business functions
- Based in the US Canada Latin America or Western Europe
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: experience with real-estate investment operations or real-estate technology
