About the role

Llys Enfys is an Extra Care scheme for over 50swithcare or support needsthat blends the freedom of independent living with the reassurance of on-site support. There are 102 self-contained flats for the valued residents.

Werelooking for a dynamic manager to oversee operations at this new site plan nutritious meals and inspire a positive team compliancemaintainhealth and safety and work closely with the Service Manager to provide a customer-focused experience.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Ability tolead manage andupskill ateam-skilledat motivating organising and supporting a team to deliverhigh are looking for someone who isconfidentin spotting skill gaps and providing practical hands-on training to help the team grow.

• Dietary and culturalknowledge-committedto creating menus that respect dietary requirements and cultural preferences.

• Capable of working to a set budget-ableto manage resources effectively reduce waste and keep costs under control without compromising quality.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Food Preparation/Catering -solid knowledge of food safety preparation techniques and industry standards with recognised qualifications.
