Le Perroquet
Le Perroquet is an all-day French brasserie from Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Rose offering classic French dishes crafted with seasonality technique and a sense of occasion in the heart of Mayfair. It will open at The St. Regis London Mayfairs newest luxury destination located at the corner of Conduit and New Bond Street.
As Chef de Rang you will play a key role in delivering refined and memorable dining experiences ensuring each guest receives attentive personalised service throughout their journey. More than simply serving food and beverages you will create a sophisticated and engaging atmosphere where every detail contributes to an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a polished and servicedriven professional who thrives in a luxury environment and takes pride in excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and attentive food and beverage service in line with brand standards
- Take ownership of a designated section ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Guide guests through the menu providing knowledgeable recommendations on dishes and beverages
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Set up and maintain tables to the highest presentation standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively with a personalised approach
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback with professionalism and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout service
- Support junior team members providing guidance and ensuring consistent service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and company policies and procedures
- Uphold impeccable standards of grooming communication and service excellence
Core Competencies
We are seeking a confident and detaildriven individual who brings elegance professionalism and a passion for hospitality. You should have:
- Previous experience in a Chef de Rang or food and beverage service role ideally within a luxury hotel or highend restaurant
- Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and guest experience
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced highstandards environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a section effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and engaging approach
- Good knowledge of food and beverages with a desire to continue learning
- A proactive mindset anticipating guest needs and supporting the team
- Impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury brand standards
- A collaborative approach working seamlessly with colleagues across departments
