The Role
As Chef de Partie you will take ownership of your section and play an important role in maintaining the exceptional standards expected within a 4 AA Rosette kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
Running your section confidently throughout preparation and service
Producing beautifully presented dishes using exceptional seasonal Welsh produce
Maintaining excellent organisation mise en place and consistency
Working closely with the senior team to continually develop your skills
Supporting junior chefs and contributing positively to brigade culture
Maintaining the highest standards of food safety hygiene and kitchen organisation
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to refine their craft within one of Wales finest kitchens.
About You
Current Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
Experience within Michelin AA Rosette or quality fresh-food kitchens
Passion for exceptional ingredients and seasonal cooking
Outstanding attention to detail
Calm organised and professional during service
Positive attitude with genuine ambition to continue developing
Strong team player who enjoys working within a collaborative brigade
The Package
Package worth up to 39000 including gratuities
4-day working week
Additional days worked paid separately
Approximately 4000 annual gratuities through an established Tronc system
