Your day-to-day will include:

• Taking responsibility for your section within the Michelin-starred kitchen
• Preparing and presenting dishes to consistently exceptional standards
• Working closely with senior chefs throughout preparation and service
• Ensuring your section is organised prepared and ready for service
• Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive focused brigade

Were looking for someone who:

• Has previous Chef De Partie experience within a quality fresh-food kitchen
• Ideally has fine dining or luxury hotel experience
• Is organised reliable and comfortable working within a busy kitchen
