Job Summary
Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Chef de Partie for a fine dining Italian restaurant in West London.
It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere.
In a brigade of 10 the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a strong Head Chef.
As well as a competitive salary the company is offering many benefits to the successful applicant
Requirements
- Held a similar position for at least 2 years
- Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
- A team player willing to lead and share knowledge
- A good communicator with management and junior chefs
- A motivated individual hands on in all sections
- Stable background in acclaimed restaurants or hotels
Benefits
- Salary package: 38000 to 42000
- The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening Monday and Tuesday.
