Were recruiting experienced Chef de Parties to join the kitchen team at Alberts Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work through our busiest and most exciting season cooking with fresh quality ingredients alongside an experienced kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love producing great food wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking fresh high-quality dishes to our standards.
• Working as part of a fast-paced high-volume kitchen team.
• Maintaining excellent food quality consistency and presentation.
• Supporting your fellow chefs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Keeping high standards of cleanliness organisation and food safety throughout service.
