Chef de Partie London Gateway Corringham 18.49/hr (inc. holiday pay)

Chefs Bay is recruiting a Chef de Partie for ongoing shifts at London Gateway Port Corringham. Shifts run MondayFriday 7:00am3:00pm.

Pay: 16.50/hr 12.07% holiday pay 18.49/hr total. Full PAYE employment no umbrella companies.

What youll do:

• Run your section and deliver a high-quality efficient service
  
• Control portions and manage food safety/temperature records
  
• Help with prepping ordering light admin and menu ideas
  
• Support the wider kitchen team including washing up when needed
  

What you need:

• Food Safety Certificate Level 2 and a Food Allergens Certificate (dont have these yet Well help you get certified just apply)
  
• Own knives safely stored in a roll or case (not wrapped in cloth)
  
• Own transport the site is only accessible by car with no public transport within 2 miles
