Chef De Partie

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Brackley United Kingdom. As a CDP you will support the head chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to make their mark in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

• Develop and implement innovative menu items considering seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards health regulations and sanitation procedures
• Support with managing inventory control costs and optimize kitchen efficiency
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve organizational goals and enhance customer satisfaction
• Participate in menu tastings special events and culinary initiatives to showcase the restaurants offerings
• Continuously improve culinary techniques and stay updated on industry trends
• Analyze customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to menu items and kitchen processes

Qualifications :

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification in culinary arts
• Proven experience as a CDP or commis chef looking for the next step.
• Extensive knowledge of various cuisines cooking techniques and food presentation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Creativity and innovation in menu development and food presentation
• In-depth understanding of food safety standards health regulations and best practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations
• Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction
