• 44000 per annum package

• Running your section with confidence and consistency
• Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest Michelin-level standards
• Maintaining exceptional organisation cleanliness and food safety
• Working closely with the senior chefs to ensure smooth day-to-day service
• Supporting the development of junior chefs
