• Drive change initiatives from planning through to adoption and embedding

• Engage stakeholders across the business guiding them through the change journey

• Deliver clear communications tailored to different audiences

• Coordinate and track progress ensuring momentum and accountability

• Assess impact and readiness to support successful go-live

• Enable adoption through training guides and support materials

• Experience supporting business change transformation or process improvement initiatives

• Strong organisation and planning skills managing multiple workstreams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• A proactive action-oriented mindset - you turn plans into results

• Comfortable working in fast-paced evolving environments

• Confidence using MS Office Teams and collaboration tools

• A change management qualification would be desirable
