MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Implement in a planned and structured way Lean Improvement Activities
• Coaching and training of Lean Activities
• Coaching to change mindset of change in others
• Reduce waste and increase productivity using SMED 7 Wastes Kaizen and other lean tools
• Plan a year long set of activities across all areas of Site Production to improve KPIs and customer activities must relate to using the Lean Tools and show change
• Use the A1 type of form to show how activity was selected - for example data showing performance of machine over others of same type breakdown of jobs run on that machine OEE on that machine showing a story of why it was selected and for what reason once activities have been completed then continue to monitor to enable performance improvement to be shown
• Assist and be part of other teams activities and projects as and when requested.
• FOD Champion role
• 5S Champion role

The UK annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is between GBP 50000 to GBP 60000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills experience qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
