THE OPPORTUNITY
A front-line revenue seat in a business about to double in size and a genuine springboard for someone with ambition and drive. 50000 to 55000 base plus bonus and commission.
As we expand were building a new commercial structure: a Commercial Manager coming in above you and you as the number two alongside them. Its a rare moment to join. Youll learn the ropes directly from Richard Matthews our Commercial Director at the same time as the incoming Commercial Manager and grow into the role together.
No cold calling. No lead generation. The leads come inbound. Your job is to convert them build the relationships run the viewings and help close with a small team of your own beneath you.
Were not looking for someone from the serviced office industry. Were looking for the right person. The brokers the product the commercial mechanics all of it can be taught. Personality energy and character cannot.
This is a number-two seat with room to run.
WHAT YOULL OWN
Converting inbound leads and building the pipeline. No cold calling no lead generation. Relationships with brokers agents and prospective clients. Running viewings and showcasing our premium Central London spaces. Supporting the Commercial Manager on negotiation and closing. Managing and motivating a small team of junior staff beneath you. Accurate pipeline and CRM data. Representing Blue Gem at networking events.
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
We hire based on personality and character not sector experience. The mechanics of converting closing and structuring a deal are real but they are learnable. What we cannot teach is people-instinct drive and the kind of warmth that earns trust fast.

WHERE THIS ROLE GOES
Youll be taught directly by Richard Matthews our Commercial Director and Board Director during onboarding learning alongside the incoming Commercial Manager as the new structure takes shape.
Day to day youll work to the Commercial Manager with an experienced and energetic team around you wholl help you find your feet fast.
