Central Operations Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Central Operations Manager to play a key role in keeping their UK & Ireland operation running smoothly and supporting continued growth.

This is a varied hands-on role where youll take ownership of systems processes operational support projects and people working closely with franchisees internal teams and external partners.

• Managing and improving core operational systems and processes.

• Acting as the first point of escalation for operational issues and seeing problems through to resolution.

• Leading the Member Solutions function and supporting excellent customer service.

• Coordinating day-to-day IT requirements and external technology providers.

• Delivering operational projects and supporting the implementation of new systems and initiatives.

• Using data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Building strong relationships across the business and ensuring solutions genuinely meet network needs.

Youll have 5 years experience in operations systems project management business improvement or a similar role along with:

• Strong operational and project management experience.

• A natural ability to solve problems and improve processes.

• Confidence working with systems technology and external providers.

• Experience leading and developing people.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within franchising multi-site fitness retail or another network-based business would be a real advantage.
