We are now looking for a Floating Chef de Partie to join our team on a full-time basis working across both of our London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants. This role plays a key part in maintaining standards supporting smooth service across both sites and helping us prepare for continued growth and future openings.

Variety & Responsibility
You will work across both established City locations gaining exposure to different teams services and kitchen environments while ensuring consistency and high standards at all times.

Our menus evolve regularly giving you the opportunity to work with exceptional seasonal produce and contribute your own ideas in a creative supportive kitchen.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality high-volume kitchen

• Confidence working across different sections and supporting multiple teams

• Strong consistency organisation and attention to detail under pressure

• A genuine passion for seasonal cooking and bold flavours

• A flexible hands-on team player with strong communication skills

• Willingness to work across both London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants
