Hours: 30 Hour Contract Mondayto Sunday

Whatyoulldo:

• To work within the kitchen team of at the RNLI
• To carry out all daily cleaning in accordance with company and unit specifications
• To work in all areas as requested; this includes both front of house and back of house
• To work on a rota basis with the other members of the Kitchen Porter team
• To collect and store deliveries filling out all appropriate paperwork including Temperature Record Sheets and Delivery Records
• To store all deliveries in a correct manner to rotate stock and check deliveries for quality
• To move stock and light equipment within the building for front of house
• To bring any issues regarding deliveries to the attention of the Head Chef or Sous Chef at the time the delivery has arrived

• Flexible & organised approach to the role
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• NVQ 1 and 2
