Are you ready to lead the future of wellness at Boots We are looking for a passionateCategory Manager -Vitamins & Supplementsto join our dynamicHealthcareteam inNottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers while driving sales and market share growth in a thriving category.

In this role you will be at the forefront of our wellness strategy collaborating across business units to deliver an omnichannel commercial plan that meets the needs of our customers. You will lead a talented team develop strong relationships with suppliers and identify trends to ensure Boots remains a leader in the market.

What youll be doing

• Leading the direction of the Vitamins & Supplements category to achieve sales profit and market share growth.

• Developing and delivering operational plans that leverage merchandising pricing promotions and innovation.

• Collaborating with key business partners to execute the commercial plan and ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Building relationships with suppliers to drive growth and secure exclusive new product developments.

• Using customer insights to create compelling offers and enhance the shopping experience across all channels.
  

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

• Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).

• Experience in commercial functions with a track record of leading and managing teams.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

• Ability to manage a demanding workload while maintaining high-quality output.
  

It would be great if you also have

• Experience with business systems and applications (e.g. SAP TM1).

• Broad negotiating skills to secure long-term value for the business.

• A proactive approach to identifying market trends and translating them into actionable plans.
