About the Role
We provide care and support for clients in our Care Home in Corringham via single or double handed calls. The service provides care 365 days a year.
We are currently looking Medication Support Workers who can work inCollins House Residential Home in Corringham Extra Care Housing in Grays and within our Community Reablement Team.
The role is responsible for ensuring that service users who require medication prompted by our teams have the support they need to order their prescriptions take the appropriate doses and have support in contacting GPs and Pharmacies in relation to medication needs.

WhatWereLooking For
The successful candidate will need to have a professional attitude at all times and have knowledge around the understanding of Dementia Challenging behaviours and Manual Handling training also provided.
The successful applicant will be required to work a mixture of shifts which includes earlies days lates and weekends on as & when required basis to cover periods of sickness and annual leave.
DBS Check:A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check for Adults is required at Enhanced plus barred list level.
