Interim Carve Out Specialist

High-growth PE-backed technology business with an active M&A agenda are seeking an immediately available candidate to manage a complex carve out.

This will be an experienced detail-oriented Transformation leader to work directly with the CEO leadership team and PE sponsor.

This is a hands-on operator role taking the programme from consultant thesis to execution. Including / not limited to:

• Separation programme leadership end-to-end
• Own Day 1 readiness TSA management and exit
• Translate deal thesis into clear plan of execution holding all stakeholders to account
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Technology Product Finance HR and Operations etc.
• Drive technology systems process and organisational transformation
• Establish governance KPIs and executive reporting
• Work directly with the CEO Board and PE sponsor to drive pace and accountability

Experience sought:

• Carve-outs and separations experience
• Technology business exposure ideally software
• Portco experience

You will be commercially sharp highly pragmatic and comfortable operating at both Board level and in the detail.
