CareCo Home Care is currently seeking an experienced caregiver for an ongoing case in Norwich Connecticut. We are looking for a compassionate dependable individual with experience supporting clients with dementia and assisting with transfers using a Hoyer lift.

Schedule:
Sunday Thursday and Saturday

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily routines and personal care
• Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift
• Dementia care and redirection support
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
• Mobility and positioning support
• Light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Communicating updates with the CareCo team

Requirements:

• Experience with dementia care required
• Hoyer lift experience required
• Reliable punctual and compassionate
• Comfortable working independently in a clients home
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions

Preferred:
CNA certification or prior home care experience
