• Communicating with individuals who have expressed interest in personal or professional growth
• Sharing information about structured online programs and virtual events
• Conducting brief introductory conversations using provided scripts and systems
• Managing follow-up communication via phone Zoom and email
• Working independently while leveraging established training and support systems

• Previous experience in a professional corporate administrative consulting or client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Zoom email and digital communication platforms
• Self-motivated with good time management
• Open to ongoing personal and professional development
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
