We have an exciting opportunity to apply for a Care & Support Manager position whos responsible for our Forres/Elgin services

We are looking for a compassionate resilient and motivated Manager to lead a well-established service supporting individuals to live fulfilling independent lives. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care.

Our service provides a mix of supported accommodation and outreach supporting with a wide range of needs including Autism Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions. This diverse model offers variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference across multiple areas of support and potential for growth.

As Manager you will oversee the day-to-day running of the service ensuring safe effective and high-quality care at all times. You will play a key role in leading supporting and developing a dedicated team fostering a positive environment where colleagues feel valued confident and able to perform at their best.

We are looking for someone who is organised adaptable and solution-focused with the ability to prioritise and respond to changing needs while maintaining a calm and supportive approach. You will be supported to lead with confidence adopting a practice leadership model using your judgement and experience to drive continuous improvement.

You will help create a positive and inclusive culture where dignity respect and individual outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
