Care Assistant responsibilities:

Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching you have the time to provide high quality person-focused care. Your role is to help your client feel as comfortable as possible support them with anything from shopping and cooking meals to personal hygiene assistance and companionship. Its really important to be able to build up trust with the client youre visiting so that they feel comfortable opening up and discussing any issues or needs with you. We treat our clients and Care Professionals with dignity respect kindness and compassion at all times.

Qualifications :

Valid UK Driving License and Access to Own Vehicle Full Training will be Provided. Whether you have experience in care or are just starting out you will find unparalleled support training and guidance to help you establish and progress a career in care.
