Care Professional Waking Nights
Job Summary
Are you a compassionate reliable and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in peoples lives We are seeking caring and motivated Waking Nights Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals in their own homes during overnight hours helping them maintain their independence dignity and quality of life.
Key Tasks
- Providing person-centred care and support throughout the night.
- Assisting with personal care including toileting and hygiene needs.
- Monitoring clients wellbeing and ensuring their safety.
- Administering or prompting medication where required.
- Offering companionship and reassurance during the night.
- Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns.
- Supporting clients with mobility and positioning needs.
Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- A valid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable.
- DBS or be on the Update Service
- You have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer any form of Sponsorship)
Desirable:
- Level 4 English and IT literate
- A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference
- Resilient
