Care Professional (Evenings & Alternate Weekends)
Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
As a Care Professional your duties may include:
- Providing personal care and support with daily routines
- Assisting with personal hygiene and toileting
- Preparing meals and refreshments
- Supporting with medication reminders
- Helping with household tasks and home care support
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Accompanying clients to appointments shops pharmacies social activities and community events
- Supporting clients living with dementia and other specialist care needs

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Access to a reliable vehicle preferred
