Job Title: Care Pathway Specialist (North-West Region)Function: NHS stakeholders Communications and MarketingLocation: Hybrid / Field Based Role - Expectation to be working on NHS Organisation Sites (Trusts) up to 3 days per week plus travel to NHS Supply Chain OfficesContract type: PermanentSalary: 65920 with potential to rise to 77553 over 3 years and a car allowance of 7k per annumClosing Date: Monday 27th July 2026NHS Supply Chainis seeking a strategic and commercially minded transformation / change professional to join our Care Pathway Team at a pivotal time as a Care Pathway is a key role supporting our mission to enable smarter simpler more connected is a unique opportunity to influence system-wide care pathway transformation across the North-West through the appropriate use of MedTech Devices Products and Solutions available through the national model. Partnering expertly with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) NHS Trusts Provider Collaboratives Clinical Leaders and Senior NHS Stakeholders you will lead influence and deliver measurable improvements in patient outcomes productivity and financial sustainability performance As a trusted transformation/ change partner you will collaboratively identify opportunities to redesign pathways accelerate the adoption of innovation implement best practice pathway programmes and support NHS organisations to realise meaningful clinical productivity and efficiency a consultative stakeholder engagement approach data and insights you will be seek to understand areas of unmet clinical financial and operational pain points and position mutually beneficial solutions. You will bring together the latest clinical guidance best practice and recommendations from organisations such as the MedTech Directorate at the DHSC Health Innovation Networks (HINs) NICE GIRFT MHRA and the Royal Colleges to build a compelling clinical financial and operational case for care pathway transformation.
