This is an exciting opportunity for a Care Home Manager to lead a small welcoming care home supporting older adults with personal and dementia care needs.

What Were Looking For
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Care Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager looking to progress.
- Strong knowledge of dementia care person-centred care and care home regulations.
- Experience leading motivating and developing care teams.
- Good understanding of safeguarding CQC standards governance and compliance.
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
- A compassionate approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.

Your Role
- Lead the day-to-day management of the care home ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
- Support and develop the staff team creating a positive and inclusive working culture.
- Promote person-centred care that meets the individual needs of every resident.
- Monitor quality compliance and care standards ensuring the home remains fully compliant with CQC requirements.
- Build positive relationships with residents families healthcare professionals and external agencies.
- Oversee staffing rotas recruitment and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement across the service while maintaining a warm welcoming home environment.
- Ensure the home operates safely effectively and in line with all relevant legislation and policies.
