Eidyn Care is a family-owned award-winning Care at Home provider. We are expanding our team and seeking a Scheduler / Care Coordinator with the grit intelligence and heart to keep our carers running smoothlyand our clients receiving the high-quality person-centred care they deserve.

This role is not for the faint-hearted. Youll be managing tight schedules balancing staff availability handling last-minute changes and minimising travel time for our team. If youre calm in a storm obsessed with accuracy and ready to be the nerve centre of an exceptional care teamwe want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

• Create and maintain weekly rotas optimising travel and continuity of care
• Work closely with Care Team Leads to plan schedules and ensure each run is safely staffed
• Organise and record staff holidays cover planned and unplanned absences and keep the schedule running smoothly
• React to last-minute changes and support with real-time problem-solving
• Liaise with clients families and professionals to maintain continuity and trust
• Participate in on-call duties (evenings/weekends on rotation)
• Opportunity to move to full-time: spend half your time in the field doing spot checks reviews & client assessments

What Were Looking For

• Experienced scheduler (ideally in domiciliary or healthcare settings)
• Proven background in rota optimisation absence management and team support
• Confident working with Care Team Leads and frontline carers
• Excellent communication and planning skills
• Ability to stay composed in high-pressure fast-paced environments
• Proficient in CarePlanner/ Nourish PASS or similar systems
• Driver with own vehicle
• SVQ 3 or willing to work toward it
• Meticulous attention to detail no shift falls through the cracks on your watch
