Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing Youll help vulnerable clients live safely comfortably and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and wellbeing your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal care (washing bathing dressing toileting and incontinence support)

  • Medication preparation and support

  • Meal preparation and assistance with eating/drinking

  • Shopping and practical daily errands

  • Light housekeeping (laundry tidying cleaning making beds)

  • Mobility support (helping with the use and care of aids/adaptations)

  • Companionship and emotional support


Qualifications :

What Youll Need (Besides a Cape!) You dont need formal care experience! The skills youve gained from raising a family caring for loved ones or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Were looking for:

  • Genuine empathy compassion and respect for others

  • Reliability and a naturally caring nature

  • Willingness to learn new skills

  • Great communication and a collaborative team spirit

  • The right to work in the UK (Please note: As an employer we are unfortunately unable to offer Visa sponsorship).
