Care Assistant Waking Nights

What youll do

As a Waking Night Care Assistant youll provide essential overnight support to people in their own homes helping them feel safe comfortable and independent throughout the night.

Youll:

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect during overnight visits.
• Support with medication mobility and repositioning where required.
• Monitor wellbeing and respond calmly to any overnight needs.
• Offer reassurance and companionship to help people feel safe and secure.
• Complete light household tasks where appropriate to maintain a safe environment.
• Be a trusted part of a close-knit local team delivering high-quality overnight care.
