Care Practitioner. St Helens Hall Care Home
- Hourly Rate: £12.76 per hour
- Shifts: both day and nights positions available (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am)
- Contracted Hours: 38.5 hours per week working on 3 on 3 off rota (nights) or a rolling rota pattern (days)

What will you do as a Care Practitioner
You'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents feel safe secure and well cared for. Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and assistance: Helping residents with hygiene dressing and mobility needs
- Monitoring and responding to needs: Conducting regular checks addressing any concerns and supporting residents with dignity and respect.
- Encouraging restful sleep: Creating a calm and comfortable environment while assisting with evening and early morning routines.
- Supporting emotional wellbeing: Offering reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled
- Maintaining high standards: Ensuring cleanliness and safety across the care home during your shift.
- Recording and reporting: Documenting observations and any incidents clearly for day/night staff handovers.
- Teamwork and flexibility: Working closely with your colleagues to provide seamless high-quality care.
