What youll do

As a Sit-In Care Assistant youll provide dedicated support and companionship to individuals in residential settings helping them feel safe comfortable and valued.

You will:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities where required
• Support residents with meals and refreshments
• Encourage independence and social engagement
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to senior staff
• Build positive relationships with residents families and colleagues
• Help create a safe caring and welcoming environment
