Salary: Weekdays: 13.50 (daytime) & 14 per hour (after 6pm) Weekends: 14.50 (daytime) & 15 per hour (after 6pm) Enhanced rates on bank holidays

We are looking for reliable flexible and professional care assistants to join our team for an immediate start in the Scarborough/Filey area.

Job Description:

• To provide clients with the highest possible standard of care and support.
• To work in accordance with the policies and procedures of Care For All.
• To ensure the confidentiality of the client and Care For All at all times.
• To build good relationships with clients.
• To provide clients with daily care and maintaining independence.
• To assist clients with their daily activities of living e.g. dressing eating medication bathing and social needs.
• To keep the clients environment clean and tidy.
• To assist trained staff and the care manager under supervision and where appropriate to carry out their clinical responsibilities.
• To report any changes or anything unusual to the care manager/on call supervisor.
• To maintain the highest level of personal work cleanliness and hygiene.
• To adopt a neat clean and tidy appearance of yourself at all times and to wear only the appropriate uniform (unless otherwise agreed).
• To be helpful and courteous with all clients and their families.
• To report all compliments comments and complaints.
• Tocarry out all duties having regard for the safety of the client self staff and other individuals that may be in the workplace.
• To be fully aware of Health and Safety issues and procedures.
• To become fully orientated to a place of work and the necessary Fire Safety procedures.
• To report all accidents and incidents according to statutory company and client policy.
