Care Assistant

The Role

As part of our multi-disciplinary care team youll deliver high-quality person-centred care to our guests. This includes:

• Supporting with daily activities and personal care
• Encouraging independence and dignity
• Taking part in social activities outings and experiences that make each stay special

This is a unique care role where youre not just supporting daily needs youre helping create meaningful holiday experiences.

Flexible Opportunities Available

We are currently recruiting for:

• Full time Care Assistants - 70hr per fortnight
• Part-time Care Assistants - approx 42/49hrs per fortnight

This flexibility makes the role perfect for those balancing other commitments.

Salary & Benefits

• 13.78 - 14.05 per hour (depending on experience)

About You

• Caring compassionate and reliable

• Strong communication skills
• Right to work in the UK (essential)
• Driving licence preferred (due to location)
• No experience required full training provided
