Guiseley Manor Care Home is a purpose-built 72 care home facility situated in Guiseley west Yorkshire Leeds. The home provides the highest standards of safety comfort and care to 72 residents who have a variety of care needs.

We offer residential nursing and dementia care. We invest in the latest technology and offer a purposeful programme of daily activity and gentle exercise to enhance the experience care and wellbeing of our residents.

• Deliver hands-on care to residents in a person-centred way
• Support residents to enjoy a good quality of life
• Assist residents with their physical emotional and spiritual care needs in line with agreed care plans
• Contribute to daily records of residents
• Work effectively as part of the team
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of adults in your care

• Experience at Care Assistant level in a care environment is preferable
• Care certificate or equivalent or willingness to achieve this in the first 12 months
• Good care practice knowledge relating to the care of older people
• Sound knowledge of the 6 principles of care and how they underpin care delivery
• Ability to work in a team
• Self-motivation and confidence

We have a full time contract available with an hourly rate of 12.75! Shift times are 1945-0800 with alternate weekend working.
