• £14.15 per hour
• 3 shifts per week or 4 shifts per week available
• 33 hours or 44 hours
• 8pm-8am - including some weekend working on a rota basis

Situated in the heart of Birkdale Southport - Birkdale Tower Care Home is a stunningly restored building offering luxury living alongside exceptional person-centred care. We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team and help deliver outstanding care during night time hours.

As a Care Assistant on Night Shifts your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting residents with personal care routines and maintaining their comfort overnight
• Offering reassurance and companionship whenever needed
• Assisting with movement and repositioning to promote safety and wellbeing
• Observing and monitoring residents reporting any concerns promptly
• Keeping clear and accurate care records including handovers to the day team
• Working as part of a team to maintain a calm and restful atmosphere

What are we looking for

• Experience in a care setting is helpful but not essential
• A kind patient and professional approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• Happy to work Night Shifts including weekend working on a rota basis
