Care Assistant

Our Care Assistants are carefully matched with clients and introduced in advance ensuring familiarity trust and continuity. At one of our branches one of our team members had supported the same client for over 10 years - something were incredibly proud of!

Every day is different but your role would include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and helping with daily routines
• Assisting with medication and personal care
• Supporting clients living with conditions such as dementia or those recovering from a stroke
• Assisting with clinical needs such as changing compression stockings or supporting with catheter care

Youll help people continue living safely and comfortably in the place they know best - their own home.

As a Care Assistant with us we can offer you:

• 12.85 per hour during the week and 13.50 per hour on a weekend

What do we need from you
A genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to our clients
Aged 18 or over and availability to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday)
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the territory we cover
