Job Summary

Were seeking a compassionate Care Assistant committed to delivering personalised care with empathy dignity and genuine kindness to each of our residents.

This Care Assistant role isfull time consisting of 36 hours per week on day shifts. The position requires flexibility to work a rota covering 7 days a week and is located in the Dementia unit.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Assist with personal care and daily routines of residents
  • Ensure residents comfort and dignity at all times
  • Support with mobility nutrition and medication as needed
  • Create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Maintain accurate care records
  • Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare professionals
As a Care Assistant you will have outstanding people skills a friendly and positive attitude. We will provide the necessary support and training you need to thrive. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
