CFO is looking for a Capital and Liquidity Stress Testing Manager based out of London.

Were looking for a Capital and Liquidity Stress Testing Manger join our team in this exciting period of growth. Youll be reporting to the Senior Manager of Capital Stress Testing focusing on the preparation of capital and liquidity forecasting plans under stress scenarios for internal and external reporting.

As our Capital and Liquidity Stress Testing Manager youll be developing and maintaining relationships with key Executive Managers to discuss and resolve major issues as well as providing important financial and other technical advice to support business unit decision making.

Were shaping the way we workthrough innovation cutting-edge technology collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role you will be responsible for:

• Working alongside finance risk and business stakeholders youll test our capital and liquidity adequacy assessing the impact that macroeconomic events of defined stress testing scenarios have on our exposures our P&L Capital and Liquidity & Balance Sheet drivers.
• Producing detailed plans and timetables working with stakeholders to agree deliverables and deadlines monitoring of progress against the plan and management of risks and issues.
• Coordinating regulatory capital and liquidity stress testing exercises including the Bank of England (BoE) Solvency Stress Test Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) and input to other external exercises as required.
• Completing the annual Bank of England (BoE) Stress Testing capital process including preparing the capital plan populating templates unstructured data and any subsequent queries.
• Preparing information for senior governance committees for matters relating to stress testing (ALCO ERCC BRC Board)

Professional Experience:

• Knowledge and experience of Capital or Liquidity Stress Testing Process coupled with a good understanding of the UK Regulatory environment (Preferred)
• Experience of working in an enterprise-wide role with good understanding of the products & services that the bank offers (Preferred)
• Proficient communication skills with the ability to deal with cross business functions at all levels (Preferred)
• Ability to seek and implement change to drive process improvement (Preferred)

Education:

• Qualified or part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent and/or experience in a Financial Service environment (Preferred)

Languages:

• English (Required)

Soft Skills:

• Proven track record of developing solid working relationships across enterprise functions and levels of seniority (Required)

• Keen attention to detail with excellent analytical and solution driven skills (Required)

Salary Range:
55142.00 - 82712.00 per annum (depending on experience)

This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills experience qualifications and location.
