Job Summary
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Lead develop and motivate the hospitality team through training coaching appraisals and regular team meetings.
- Maintain high operational standards encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed of market trends and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Food Safety environmental legislation and company policies.
- Plan and deliver hospitality events in collaboration with clients and the events team.
- Produce management reports complete administrative tasks accurately and support succession planning and team development.
Qualifications :
- Previous hospitality or catering management experience ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership communication and client relationship skills.
- Experience managing teams budgets and events.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
- Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable).
