The Role

As a Coffee Shop Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Youll lead by example in service support the team and help create a warm welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Strong barista skills are preferred and a passion for hospitality is essential.

Main Duties...

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service
• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with confidence and consistency
• Lead support and inspire the team during busy service periods
• Maintain a clean organised and efficient workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests
• Assist with stock management rota ordering and opening/closing duties
• Uphold health safety and food hygiene standards

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a barista
• Supervisory or team-leading experience in a busy café environment
• Positive proactive and hands-on approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a supportive leadership style
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences
