Were looking for a passionate energetic Fitness Manager to lead our fitness team and help create an outstanding experience for our members.

• Lead motivate and develop our Personal Trainers and fitness team

• Grow Personal Training performance and revenue

• Manage and develop our Group Exercise programme

• Build strong relationships with members

• Support membership growth retention and club targets

• Organise fitness challenges events and community activities

• Maintain high standards across the gym floor studios and equipment

• Is passionate about fitness and people

• Is confident leading and developing a team

• Has strong communication and coaching skills

• Can create an energetic and welcoming gym environment
