This full-time permanent position involves delivering key business concepts across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 covering both GCSE Business Studies and vocational BTEC/A-Level pathways.

The role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator who can bring real-world enterprise marketing and financial principles into the classroom. You will work within a supportive faculty focused on developing students critical thinking and entrepreneurial skills.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Teaching: Deliver dynamic Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5 integrating practical case studies and digital tools into the curriculum.

• Student Progress: Prepare students for national examinations and vocational coursework assessments offering targeted support to ensure strong outcomes.

• Departmental Support: Help organize enterprise challenges host guest speakers from local business sectors and contribute to continuous curriculum improvement.

• Qualifications: Relevant degree in Business Finance Management or Economics alongside QTS or PGCE.
