Job Summary

CORE PURPOSE

We require an enterprising commercially astute Business Teacher to deliver high-quality business finance and enterprise instruction across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (A-Level and Level 3 Technical qualifications).   • Rigorous Examination Preparation: Guide Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 cohorts systematically through the demands of GCSE Business A-Level Business and vocational BTEC/Cambridge Technical specifications maximizing high-grade attainment.

  • Data-Led Performance Tracking: Implement consistent high-impact formative assessment routines meticulously analysing pupil coursework iterations case study responses and mock scripts to deploy immediate targeted interventions.

  • Work-Readiness Pastoral Tutoring: Act as a specialist professional mentor to a cohort of pupils guiding them through industry placements professional networking strategies UCAS applications and higher technical apprenticeship routes.
