The successful candidate will teach Business Studies across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 delivering engaging lessons that develop students understanding of enterprise finance marketing operations and the wider business world.

Students study a broad curriculum that encourages analytical thinking evaluation skills and the ability to apply business concepts to real-world scenarios. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Business examinations while helping them develop confidence in decision-making and commercial awareness.

You will also contribute to the wider life of the department through enterprise projects careers events enrichment activities and opportunities that connect classroom learning with the world of work.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

• Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary or post-16 level

• Ability to teach GCSE and A-Level Business confidently

• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

• Excellent classroom management abilities

Desirable

• Experience teaching A-Level Business Studies

• Experience supporting enterprise or careers initiatives

• Industry experience within a business-related field

• A proven track record of delivering strong student outcomes
