A distinguished Grammar School in Norwich is seeking to appoint an outstanding Business Teacher to join its successful Business and Economics department from September. Business is a popular and growing subject within the school with students demonstrating a strong interest in entrepreneurship finance marketing and the wider commercial world.

You will teach Business Studies across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 delivering engaging and academically rigorous lessons that challenge students to think critically and apply business concepts to real-world contexts.

Students will study topics including marketing finance operations human resources strategic management and business decision-making. You will support learners in developing analytical evaluative and research skills while preparing them for GCSE and A-Level examinations.

The successful candidate will contribute to enterprise activities business competitions university preparation programmes and enrichment opportunities that broaden students understanding of the commercial sector.

• Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level

• Ability to teach KS4 and KS5 confidently

• Strong subject knowledge in Business and related disciplines

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable

• Experience teaching A-Level Business

• Experience working within a selective or grammar school environment

• Ability to contribute to enterprise and careers programmes

• Strong track record of examination success and student progress
