Business Systems Analyst (FTC)

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting IT Operations by performing a range of operational and analytical activities as well as driving improvements across the team that all contribute to the teams efficiency and effectiveness.

The opportunity:

For a data driven candidate this 12-month FTC role willbe responsible forproviding support across all of IT Service Operations for both datainsightperformancequality and main focus will be ondata analytics ensuring ITSM processes are performing and playing a key role in driving improvements to drivequality and efficiency.

What youll be doing:

• Ability to createad-hoc reportsto supportIToperations (experience of either using performance analytics in ServiceNow orPower BI).

• Drivingsmallimprovementsprojectsassistin creatingthe userstories anddrivedelivery.

• Co-ordinatingEurope and APACservice improvement plans and keeping stakeholders informed of progress

• Create the monthly scorecardandco-ordinateacross the function for performance insights.

• Co-ordinatethewithdesksidetoprocess hardware orders andtrack inventory.

• Track ourcomplianceonIT Controls andco-ordinate monthly callsto review.

• Monitorthe quality of incident and service request of recurring issues propose improvements and collaborate with the team to implement best practices fortimelyandaccurateissue resolution.

Our must-haves:

• ExperienceofITSM Tooling and Data DashboardTooling (PreferredServiceNow/ Performance Analytics)

• Extensive data analysis skills for a broad range of operationaltask.

• Practical experience in an IT Operations environment

• Use of Jira and backlog management

• DetailOrientated Analytical and Data Driven.

• GeneralKnowledge ofIT Asset Managementprocesses

• Good experienceofMicrosoft office tools. Strong ability with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in driving delivery of improvements andcontinualimprovementmindset andhigh levelsof customer focus.

• PreviousIT Background ideally in Service Operations or IT Service Managementexperience.
