Job Summary
- Deliver comprehensive business support across multiple service areas.
- Oversee shared mailboxes and manage correspondence.

- Proven experience in providing business administrative or operational support in a busy office setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and workload management abilities.
- Experience in managing competing priorities and adhering to deadlines.

- Databases and business systems

- Training will be conducted in person requiring frequent office attendance initially.
- Upon successful training completion some home working flexibility will be available.
- The current team office day is Thursday.
- Additional office attendance may be necessary during periods of change or increased service demand including the implementation of new IT systems.
