Were looking for an Inclusive Communities Business Support Officer to join our Community Engagement and Place-Based Working service a role where youll support key programmes that promote inclusion and community cohesion across Lancashire.

About the role:

Youll provide essential administrative data and project support to help deliver a range of inclusion and cohesion initiatives. Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment youll coordinate meetings manage data support communications and work closely with partners across the public and voluntary sectors.

Your work will help ensure projects are well-organised data-driven and responsive to community needs.

Were looking for someone who:

• Is organised proactive and detail-focused
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Can manage data accurately and use Microsoft Office confidently
• Is adaptable and able to work across multiple priorities

Youll bring:

• Experience in administration or project support
• Strong data handling and organisational skills
